We reply to editorial inquiries within two business days. Suggested topics, corrections, and interview requests are all welcome. If you are an agent, merchant or industry professional with a perspective you'd like to share on the record, include a short summary and we'll get back to you.

Corrections

We take factual accuracy seriously. If you believe a specific claim on the site is incorrect, please email editorial@agentportaltsys.com with the URL of the page, the specific sentence, and a citation or reasoning for the correction. Substantive corrections are implemented promptly with a dated note indicating what changed.

Syndication and licensing

Portions of Agent Portal's editorial content are available for syndication in industry publications and trade newsletters. Contact editorial@agentportaltsys.com with the specific article and your publication for a licensing conversation.

We do not provide account support

If you are trying to sign in to a processor or ISO portal, call the support number on your merchant statement or reach out to your sponsoring ISO. Agent Portal is an editorial publication and has no access to any processor's sign-in system, account data or credentials.

Before emailing, a quick note on what the editorial desk actually handles — and what we can't help with.

We can help with

Research questions about the merchant services industry — how interchange categories work, how agent compensation is structured, what a specific piece of jargon means, how a particular vendor's offering is positioned.
Story tips — if you've seen something happen in the industry that readers would benefit from knowing about (a rate change, a vendor migration, a recurring operational issue), we want to hear about it.
Corrections to factual claims on the site. We take accuracy seriously and implement substantive corrections promptly.
Syndication and licensing requests for using our editorial content in industry publications or trade newsletters.
On-background conversations for industry professionals who want to share context with the team. Most of our sourcing is on background; we respect that convention.

We can't help with

Portal login support. We do not operate any processor's sign-in page. If you cannot access your agent or merchant portal, contact the phone number on your welcome email or merchant statement.
Account recovery. We do not collect credentials and have no access to any vendor's account system.
Processing quotes or pricing. We are not a processor, not an ISO, and not a merchant services sales organization. For pricing, contact an ISO directly.
Legal or compliance advice. We explain industry mechanics; we do not substitute for a lawyer, an accountant or a compliance professional.

Privacy

Email correspondence with the editorial desk is retained under the terms described in our privacy policy. We do not share reader correspondence with third parties without consent, and background-sourced information is protected as described on our editorial team page.
