What we collect

Agent Portal is primarily an editorial publication. We collect only a minimal set of data:

• Server logs. Standard web-server logs record IP address, browser user agent, referring URL and requested URL. These logs are retained for operational and security purposes for up to 90 days.
• Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate traffic. Analytics data does not include personally identifiable information and is not shared with third parties.
• Correspondence. If you email the editorial desk, we retain the email thread for as long as is useful to the conversation plus a reasonable archival period.

What we do not collect

Agent Portal does not operate any login form, does not collect processor or merchant credentials, does not handle merchant account data, and does not provide any tool that requires personal identification. Any third-party site that claims to be "Agent Portal login" or collects credentials for "TSYS" or "Global Payments" through this domain is not operated by us.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies:

• Essential cookies that support site navigation and preferences. These are set by the site itself.
• Analytics cookies that help us measure aggregate readership. These do not carry personally identifying information.
• Advertising cookies set by third-party ad networks that serve display advertising on the site.

Advertising

Display advertising on Agent Portal is served by third-party programmatic networks. These networks may set cookies and use standard advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads and measure performance. Advertising is not editorial endorsement; advertisers have no input into editorial coverage, and visible advertisement of a specific product does not indicate recommendation by Agent Portal.
